Snap caps have been a worthwhile investment - when it's long stretches to get to the range, it's nice to load up a side saddle and just go through the practice of loading, just so muscle memory stays strong

The fact that you didn’t say anything along the lines of “only our products are worth using” makes me want to use them more. SGA stock is near on the horizon.

Surefire made an aluminum fore end that was great. The M-69 fit Remington 870 and 1100. Mossberg pump guns used the M-70 just needed the 7¼" action slide. Did not work with the 6¼” slide. The Benelli M-4 had the M-80 model. In limited production. Be on the lookout as it may be available any time. Now Surefire is trying to sell that plastic fore end with an integrated weapons light. I wish Surefire would start making their aluminum fore ends again. Mesa Tactical now has a new aluminum fore end replacement for the Benelli called the Truckee fore end. All aluminum, aircraft grade, with with M-lok mounting points. Mesa Tactical makes good stuff.

I want to upgrade my Benelli M4 with a magpul forend! Only problem, they don’t exist...yet! C’mon Magpul hear our voices. Thanks!

I got my shotgun already. Got a 12ga Coach Gun that is mean as shit lookin and I got a lead rifled slug in one hole and a mgnum load in the other. I'm all, set lol. No, but for real I love shotguns. I want my short Mossberg or Remington with the wood bird's head and wooden forearm a LOT.

For the Mossberg 590A1 Magpul Model, can you remove the sling ring that's between the receiver and the stock? It seems like it would be in the way, especially if you don't need it.

Magpul makes great products, however I don't believe their forend is as good as it could be. I owned it and ended up getting rid of it on ebay. The polymer is way too slick and not tactile enough. I know that some folks stipple their forends and/or add grip/skate tape, but I don't feel I should have to do that for something advertised as tactical. These forends should be stippled (fully, including the area around the mlok slots) before they leave the factory.

Where can I get Velcro side saddle ?

I can not get an Molk accessory to fit the slots are to narrow any ideas would be helpful

Does the Velcro adhesive on the side of the shotgun damage the finish?

@Magpul I bought a new shotgun but went with ATI i furniture instead because even after the second Grip plug you sent for my Magpul X22 backpacker stock , the grip plug still will not stay locked in place due to as I advised before a fatal error of the recess not being deep enough to accommodate the grip plug locking piece / clip on the plug itself. And there was no follow up from magpul . I felt like ya'll didn't really care . It is what it is I guess.

Can confirm On 590A1 with SGA. That crossbar in the opposite stock plug was hitting even the shortest kit screw. I used a stainless pick over the stove to carefully melt down the plug crossbar and managed to get it clicked in. I can’t believe 3 years after your comment (they must be aware) they’re still selling parts with the same problem. Please fix this MagPul.

You forgot to mention the other stock clip style sling clamp “not sure what the actual name is”

I bought the MOE M-LOK Forend -Mossberg 590/590A1 for my Mossberg 590M (magazine version) but it doesn’t fit..

The Mossberg 88 has a pinned fore end. Cannot remove the action slide from the fore end. Best you can do is get a 7¼” Mossberg slide from Brownells or Mossberg and replace the all the internal and externals of the action slide. Which will increase the cost of your Maverick M-88. It would have been better just to have bought the more expensive Mossberg M-590. The Maverick M-88 was made to be able to sell a lower priced shotgun. Maybe you can sell the Maverick 88 and use that revenue to get a Mossberg 590. When you get a 590 the sky's the limit on modifications.
