I love this video….I have watched shop with me videos and I have to say your format is easy to follow….I love that you put prices on the screen (brilliant ) and thank you! I live in Delaware and shop Magnolia’s website OFTEN….when they have sales I clean up!! The stems you purchased at $16 as gift from your sister are gorgeous and worth it! I bought 3 online and have been trying to get more and they have been out of stock for over a month now!! Oh I wish we had shops like that near me…love all the inspiration from all the shops you took us through…That dough bowl was a great deal…$40 was a steal…you will have fun decorating with that. Next time you need to go to McGregor down highway 84 and go to The Cedar Chest. That is where Chip found those guy and girl dolls and he was pretending it was them arguing over something. Those dolls are still up there on a shelf. Then you have to eat at Fox’s Eats and Treats in the same building. It is decorated retro and the food is great!

I would love to know how much the Magnolia shops are increasing tourism in Waco. Between remodeling homes for families and bringing in the shops, the Gaines' must have helped improve the economy a good deal in the area.

Absolutely! I have been to Magnolia many times over the last several years…. and it’s always packed with lots of people and from all over the world! I talked to one of the vintage and antique shop owners and she said business has boomed for them as well I think all in all, they have made a very positive impact on the community there in Waco!.

I have lived here in Waco for 28 years and when I first came here I was not impressed with the city. I worked at the VA which is right across the street from the Silios and the downtown stores were vacant and the only impressive buildings were Baylor University. Downtown area was a ghost town. Homes were run down as you passed on the interstate. Magnolia has revitalized and made Waco a beautiful city. Many jobs are here because of Chip and Joanna. This city owes a lot to them for bringing thousands to this town . Some people think that their property taxes have gone up because of them but I am thankful and proud of what they have done for Waco!

LMFAO Waco does not look this good 😂
