It's impossible to know much of what really happened since the harem was kept secretive and out from public view. Also, while I'm a fan of historical accuracy, let's not pretend that a show like this would be entertaining without the embellishments.

A true sultana, they tried to make her go asslave like mahidevran but failedtodoso , she left as true sultana with a huge smile

I stopped watching until the first Hurrem disappeared on screen but i tried to continue it and i found out that it's more interesting when i came to this episode so in love with this romantic story even they are old. Suleyman is so gentle and very romantic. This recognize the true color of Hurrem. Her being generous to less fortunate, even the sultan was surprised when they arrived to the palace to give their prayer support to Hurrem.

There is a saying in Marathi (India) that a couple's love becomes stronger in the last period of life between husband and wife. After watching the Hurrem and Sulaiman episode, it seems to be true. Great respect for their eternal love.

In these modern times, when politicians take pride in inaugrations, cutting ribbons and seeing their names in stone displays, the gesture of Sultan Suleiman to permit the mosque be opened by the architect and he by his blind calligrapher is such a noble act. Walhamdulillah!

Bayazid, is a great man, strong, gracious and merciful. Hurrem was only 55 years old when she died, too soon.

I have been crying about a generation of 500 years ago, and today we do the same thing when a loved one is dying of an incurable illness..The acting throughout the series is MAGNIFICENT and Suleiman and Hurrem are MAGISTIC. What a series, what alot of history what MAGNIFICENT Actors to all of them. Magestic, Fantastic, Incredible. Children of today will never know what this history is about. FAITH - HOPE AND LOVE AND THE GREATEST OF ALL IS LOVE.

On the question of mercy, Prince Bayezid behaved mercifully wherever he could- with prince Selim, dafne... a fine prince indeed.

I love how Hurrem fell into Suleymans arms and called his name, like in the first episode when they first met. Then they love story began and now it has come to an end/then her new life began and now it has come to an end. They thought about every little detail. I love it!

I truly love the way Hurrem did to his family . 😭😭😭It should be example to us that we should not fear to die as it is not finished but our soul and spirit has a different world that is heaven. And we must forgive and confess our sins when we have time. Life on earth is not parmanent. We are temporarily on earth. The one who had a happy ending was Prince Cihangir and Prince Beyazid. The one had joined his brother, Prince Sultan Mustafa, in Paradise, who loved him so much, but his father was insane and fool, so he killed them both, the other one, Prince Beyazid, gone to the Paradise with his sons, because his father once again he was fool and crazy and killed him, because Selim had made Syleiman to believe that Beyazid was just like Mustafa, forgeting that by killing Beyazid, it was like Syleiman killed Hurrem's memory and existance. Besides, Beyazid should be Syleiman's existance too, because there is nothing more important than having your child as way of your existance.

Notice when she and Sumbul and her servant are looking over gifts sent from so many places...she tells how she wants to be buried with the emerald ring that Sueliman made and gave to her....symbol of their love, and they agree. BUT...greedy Nunbanu already has her eye on it. (after Hurrem passes, the ring...is missing. Selim later discovers Nubanu has it....but does nothing.)

I wish Süleyman would have treated her better before he learned she was dying honestly.

Vahide Perçin is a fantastic actress.

Me second time watching the series and still crying in this one

I feel like the conversation with Hurrem & Nurbanu put into perspective the future. Even though Hürrem ordered her death, I feel like she knew there was nothing left to be done. Nurbanu was going to be ruthless in order to succed her & Hürrem saw it.

Ferihye is so full of grace and poise on her acting. She has a class even the way she talk. Unlike NURBANU she is so arrogant so low level even her begging words so cheap. Selim looks low and defeated always because of her negative destructive influence so selfishly obvious without grace of a woman. Hurrem's acting from the start is always with elegance and grace. Even how angry she is and harmful plans in mind she carry herself with class.
