Fantastic vid. Those grassys are delicious. I just got back from the island yesterday. Was there for almost a month. The wind was shocking. I can’t remember it being so bad, ever. 😂

Another great fishing video good to see your partner out with you on such a great day ,i cant remember when stinger season is but thats what i would be paranoid about jumping in the water ,i remember sailboarding down at paleranda and wearing a full body suit wouldnt wear one now scare people away take care .

😂😂🤣 The marine stinger season officially began at the start of October. We will be wearing stinger suits ourselves for many months to come while swimming. Your not being paranoid regarding marine stingers just respectful of the risk. Thanks heaps for your comment!👍

Hi a mate of mine when i was up there his wife was walking in ankle deep water and had part of a tentical go onto her foot when she showed me it was 10 years after it happened and it was still like a brown line on her foot ,had a guy swimming of the strand in front of the hospital he went into convulsions and by the time he got to the front doors and a doctor saw him he said stop cpr let him go he was that badly stung what a mungrel of a creature they are .

It certainly is stunning and I was looking further north at some of the islands in the Whitsundays and its just staggering the beauty of a lot of places I have never seen before. keep the teaching coming Lol @@doctoredic

Magnetic Island is just a short boat ride off the coast of Townsville. It is like many of the Islands located off the coast of North Queensland that are easily accessible from a small boat. Thanks for your comment!👍

The outboard on my boat is 25hp. It takes about 30 / 45 minutes to go to Magnetic Island from Townsville depending on weather conditions and which bay I am going to. Thanks for your question!👍
