This made me so, so glad to hear that Hercules is being adapted for the stage. If those are the Muses, I *need* to see it live.

The muses were amazing. I could cry from how emotional i got 😭

Me and my family saw this cast of Aladdin in Milton Keynes last month. They were nothing but spectacular all the voices/cast were spot on and whatever they were paying Genie it wasn't enough. Absolutely brilliant!

The muses turned me into a puddle. Incredible

Possibly because Mary Poppins was produced by Cameron Macintosh and Disney Theatrical. From memory, Macintosh owns the theatrical rights to Mary Poppins.

Yeukayi Ushe is my literal favourite actor after I saw him as the genie. He embodies the role SOOO WELLL

This had to have been in the UK b/c this was the dryest auidence ever. Everyone sang thier souls out to perfection and some guy in the auidence swatted away the ice confetti during the Frozen number.😵

Trevor Dion Nicholas. He has also played Genie on Broadway and the West End, hence the fist bump with the other Genie at 2:33.

He was shouting and pitchy. You can definitely tell he has a powerful voice and knows how to use it but he was doing too much and not at all making an attempt to blend with his duet partner

​@@paulmarden3301 That's what I always find annoying about these little short-cut-medleys, because oftentimes - and definitely here both singers during the beauty and the beast bit - instead of showing the song, they think they need to squeeze all the showcasing of their vocal prowess into a short time span. So you get so many riffs etc that the songs become almost unrecognisable. :P

Check out Trevor in the Alan Menkin Hollywood in Venice tribute. He’s amazing there. He is also in the end of the Disney on Broadway at the Royal Albert Hall. Lots of great performances in that one also.

What a boring audience. A bunch of old people without any cheering or love. Actors and actresses are giving their all in this presentation, the Muses from Hercules made it even more spectacular... and yet, no sound from the audience. Actually, it was possible to hear Muses earrings slapping.

Sorry man - in the UK we quite literally never do that, no matter how much we’re enjoying something. The very idea is making my skin crawl. I don’t know why - I’ve seen American audiences go nuts and it felt natural and not at all cringey but here we just can’t. Everyone in the whole audience would die of embarrassment if someone tried to get it going!

I've seen a couple of people play the genie in Aladdin and they were fantastic but I'm sad to say this genie was very weak

I just thought this genie didn't have any get up and go like any drive in him, genie is a powerful and energising character but the guy playing him was not, it wasn't a full performance so he might of been the understudie because there would be 3 that play that role same for the role of Aladdin, just thought the role of genie could of been cast better, it's as if he had no energy he didn't bring any fun to the character, we all have off days at time to time but if it was a back ground character it wouldn't of mattered so much, genie is the one that should bring bring laughter fun and enjoyment to the show which he did not really no effort put in at all, maybe producers will look at this but because it wasn't a full show they probably won't like I said more likely to be an understudie. He playing the genie so his voice needs to be more powerful

It is so diverse that you rarely see white singers, they become so rare these days. Where are they hiding? haha

this was a jumbled mess and some parts were very shouty and hard to listen to

not being that guy but where is the white dude in this diversity? just saying

So did they lose the costumes for Beauty and the Beast???? They stood out for all the wrong reason, Trevor overpowering his duet partner, chewing out the word 'same', it felt like he was shouting/screaming at Belle at one point. It was not a good performance in among all the other wonderful sections

Elsa needed some hot water before she sung because she did not sound good at all and the key change was not a success.
