yes they do. in hamburg Germany was the world premiere :)

Disney Broadway shows are so amazing. I’ve gotten to watch Beauty & The Beast, The Little Mermaid, The Lion King, Frozen, Mary Poppins, and Aladdin. I wish I’d gotten to see Tarzan and Newsies. I hope to see Hercules if it ever tours

Newsies was good! I have seen Lion King and Aladdin and loved both. Would love to see more of the Disney shows.

I’m certain this was only for productions *currently* running globally, but I wish they had paid homage to all of the shows, including: AIDA, Tarzan, Mary Poppins, Little Mermaid, and Newsies!

It’s hilarious that the Broadway costumes look better than the live action remakes’ costumes.

Obviously, I’ve seen some of these Disney Broadway shows but lion King has to be my favorite. It’s my childhood and it’s the best Broadway show I’ve seen. I saw it last year and it was pretty amazing to see it. I really love the movie as well. I watch it a lot. This is really cool.

It’s been in development for awhile. The first production for Hercules was in 2019 at Central Park. Then Disney did a version of the show in New Jersey last year at the Papermill Playhouse to mixed reviews. Now they’re further improving it Germany. Each time the musical gets a little better. They probably want to get the show right before moving it to Broadway.
