Great post as always man! Have you read Alex Hormozi’s new book, “$100M leads?” Given you’re such an analytical thinker, I would be interested in getting your thoughts and perspective on his overall message and writing style.

“Be a good Helper.” “Do you want to be a top performer?” “Act like an elite athlete.” 🗣️Ohh I get why all the toxic managers speak this way, because it’s effective.

Nice content, but I stopped to use "you" in my self talking. Because I think there's a paradox behind this. Self-talking using "you" conveys an unearned air of superiority ( that someone's controlling you) because it presumes that somebody else knows you better than you know about yourself and "you" unconsciously perceive yourself as somehow ignorant, mistaken and helpless. Think about it : a student would say to his teacher what he/she are capable of doing? Using "you" in your self talk it's the quickest way to kill trust and authenticity about yourself. So just make sure that your self-talk don't communicates a feeling of being better than yourself.
