Bishop Charles E. Blake, Sr. is truly a remarkable man of God. I remember as a young rookie officer in Detroit. I would take time off work to hear his always timely messages. During his visits to Detroit's Tabernacle MBC or Detroit's Hartford Memorial Baptist Church, back in the late 90's. One God's true Generals. Blessings to Bishop Charles and Lady Mae Blake on their much deserved R&R.🙏

BEAUTIFUL! As a former PKid. I understand... When Magic said about their leaders going on vacation. I remember my late adopted felt the same way as Bishop and 1st Lady Blake. My God continue to bless them!!

It's a family affair...God's Family!

I understand fully people appreciate their Pastors. But, I would love to see people Bless the ordinary church member that's not financially able with a trip of a lifetime. Sometimes people work hard, sacrifice, struggle, & pray. But they never get the resources or opportunity to enjoy the fruits of their labor. It's more important to bless those that aren't able. Versus those that are. Ijs 🙏

Why do people always want to throw shade. This was not the ordinary member... This is about Bishop Emeritus Charles E. Blake Sr. Do you attend W.A.COGIC? Do you have any idea what this Bishop does for the City Of Los Angeles? For the ORDINARY (as you called them) people of L.A.? After 53 years in God's Service with Lady Mae...this place has changed so many lives throughout Los Angeles and the entire Justification of COGIC around the world 🌍. It's not about sending a regular member on a trip...This is a about this Good Genuine Man Of God Finally taking it His rest with his wife and retiring! So please don't comment about "It would be nice to send a ordinary member on a trip like that?". Because Magic & Cookie went all out for their Bishop and showed love to him for changing their lives.

I just pray for ONE time that the comments are 100% non-trolling and hating. Thank You Magic for your generosity and kindness to Bishop Blake and Mae Blake. Such a gesture is thoughtful and unselfish. God loves you Magic, Bishop and Mae Blake as well as you Inez Lewis. God Loves all. Sometimes people should just PRAY and FAST to hear from God. God will control your tongue and thoughts.

Great honor, but Bishops Pastors, and members don't change lives JESUS is the only reason we change. Thank God he pastored you. Never put these Pastors and Bishops above JESUS who is GOD.

The Church is goinf more tot he world. Magic and Cookie support sinful behaviors and have no authority in the church. You csn love yet still jot support sin. Cookie waited a long time for that wild man. I hope she felt it was worth it. She escaped aides while they weren't married yet got it while married. The irony. Money will make many of us to some crazy things and money and status keep us distracted quite well too. Yet we still haven't learned
