Sur, You can buy this from Amazon. I think now this one is available under $90 or you can buy newer model. Once purchased you have to buy service from some service provider to get the cable service. Two popular services are GOLD and STAR. I liked GOLD over STAR. This is usually $9 to $12 per month. You will find many service providers on Amazon or send me private message and I will share the one I am using. Thanks!

Yes it is possible. Select the channel and then press yellow button on the remote to add this to favorite channel. Now press green button to sort the channels by favorites.

Inwould suggest reset to factory setting and start all over again. If this doesn’t work then issue with the box

Factory reset may help.

I bought this box recently, and I have issues with buffering. The speed test shows speed of 5 mbps using the box, but on the same network using my phone the speed shows 21mbps. Is there a way to improve speed for this box?

1 Go to settings 2. Then select ‘System Settings’ 3. Then select ‘Advance Settings’ 4. Select ‘Buffer Size’, last menu item Increase the buffer size and save, followed by reboot. This should help.

Try rebooting the device and when it was rebooting continue to press menu button. The one above volume button with three dots and three horizontal lines

Tes you have to pay for monthly subscription. It cost around $8 per month and varies from one service provider to other. But usually it is not mor than $12

1. Click on ‘music’ 🎵 button 2. From the menu, select ‘subtitles’ option and select the language. If no language appears in the menu, means no subtitles available for that channel

Why buy a box just for IPTV. I have a cheap android box that does the same thing. Plus it does so much more. I am running the hive IPTV for $ 8.00 a month and I get every channel there is. Plus having an android box hooked to my TV is like having a PC hooked up but a whole lot better. I wrote this responds right from my TV on the android box.
