hi Loay, I am trying to get tv service for someone who's not good at navigating menus. right now he has a firestick and i have explained to him 100 times how to get to the live tv (press down twice, press right twice, press ok) but he just doesn't get it. with a mag box, when you first turn on the tv, is the live tv playing as soon as you turn on the tv? or the user has to take some steps?

I just bought a Mag 524 and for some reason it says "your stb is blocked" or sometimes it says "Your STB is not supported" but my provider told me it is compatible. Is there something i can do?

you should go to settings than video than change to 1080p or up. than will work fine

Hi I have a blade mag box. I am trying to add another ip provider. However, when I go into the menu I follow the instructions on how to get to portals. Unfortunately I don’t seem to have a section where I can add or change the portal. I have followed various instructions including your on how to change the portal. But there isn’t a section on the settings menu which enables me to do this. Are you able to advise/ help Thank you

on Mag Boxes no you can't. that only on android boxes like fromuler and Dreamlink boxes

Hi I have just changed from to MAG420 from the 2 series. It is all set up and working but switches itself off now and again. I have noticed that the orange light on the telephone connection is flashing on both the box and the Router. Is this right? The green light is stable. Thank you for your help.

I have a new 50” 4k tv by phillips. My internet delivery speed is 400mbs, but my Wifi speed is 200-300. Can the Mag 522 deliver live sports? It keeps buffering on live tV of any kind. If I set up directly to the internet will this cure the problem? If yes, how do I set this up?

Hi Maria, It should be working fine with wifi. But sometimes wifi has issue so if you connect it direct it much better , you need only to run internet cable from internet ruter to tv box. If still freezing than issues from provider you need to contact them .

Hi loay I just bought a new iptv box mag524w3. My service provider switched the service from the old one to the new one. The service provider asked me to add in the URL address and all. I may have done something wrong. As soon as it loads the box freezes. I am not able to access the setup and change the channels. Are you able to help me figure this out.

That means the model is not compatible with the provider. I had the same issue and i contacted them. Now that is compatible, it says its "blocked". Im trying to figure it out with them now.

Do you recommend any IPTV providers?…I need UK tv but live in Spain. Previously I’ve had 2 both having been closed down. Regards…

That depend Whitch server you have. Some servers don’t have these options on some channels

Hello. I make all steps but at the end it says Your STB Is blocked. Call the provider. What can I do here ? Is there a way to self unblock it ?

Do these boxes work in the US? It seems like you can never really get the time zone set to United States. I followed the instructions, & after everything is set, it still has a European Time Zone. Do they only work in Europe. I don't even see the option for the United States but I see all the European countries when you going to settings for time zone.

Hi When you have new box you can ask your provider to move service from old to new box. He just need new MAC

in MAG524 box, I am getting time on device is not syncronized error. I know I had entered server url under NTP server which is wrong. How do I get to that screen again to change NTP server to its original name? I want to go to setting screen somehow not sure how though. I pressed three dots/three lines but after restarted my box but no luck in this box as it worked in my MAG 254 box.
