Patrizia was born in 1967 to a large and poor family in the Acerra area, a really marginal territory, abandoned by institutions. Patrizia is sent to an orphanage and comes back to her family when she is almost 14, feeling detached and different. At this point her mother sells her to a man, and so begins Patrizia's life of violence and abuse. When she is finally free, she meets Aniello Cirella, a very young boss in that area, and he treats her like a human being for the first time in her life. She is happy, even if in the meantime she must become a Camorra crime family queen.
