@@gilgameshomar im replaying them rn. 3 has the most fun gunplay and cinematic kills and actually lets you go for stealth but the level design and racket system with the districts keeps it from being a focused game. If they limited the racket damage mechanic and polished up the open world you're looking at a 9/10 game. Vanilla Mafia 3 is 6-7/10 for these shortcomings imo

It's not 100 KM/H, it's 100 MPH that is equal to 160 KM/H. They don't use metric system in America.

This is probably the excuse for not implementing a more complicated system. In reality, it was just easier that way.

Mafia 3 open world is better meanwhile Mafia Remake graphics and realism are better and Mafia 2 even if it isn't here it have the best story.

Honest people go a bit too harsh on mafia 3, like yeah it's not perfect, the missions are too repetitive, but the gameplay is good, the world is very believable, the graphics are great and the story is amazing, plus it comes with good DLCs too, it's really not as bad as people think.

Honestly the only reason people are mad is repetitive missions but with so many different tools and weapons + great gunplay i never cared about it much

@@FeeIRG good point yes there are mechanics in that game that are there for no reason, but then again, that's in almost every game, red dead redemption 2 an amazing game one of the best i have ever played and even that game has some mechanics that you'll never care about, yet people don't complain and in my opinion i think it's because the game started very well from day one, no technical issue and they knew what strong point that game has so they marketed it according to what makes the game good, which was the graphics, the world and the story. But with mafia 3 however, the company did the game dirty, regardless of the countless technical issues, what baffles me is how they marketed it by showing people literally everything except for that one thing that makes the game good, the story 🤦‍♀️ it's just beyond me lol, how can you advertise for your product by showing everything it has except for the thing that makes it good ? I don't have the answer lol

They haven't done much but improve the games wdym

tommy does scream when crashing but only intense crashes.

I never played one part of the Mafia series and now have hard time to find the right one. All 3 seem to have advantages where the other 2 are messed up and vice versa. Also i was told that Mafia 1 DE uses the same engine like Mafia 3 but sometimes the face of the main char looks washed out and blurry like back in 2002. Playing with gamecontroller i like to know if there is any aim assist? Good video nonetheless.

You can turn off the aim assist and do try all 3 of the mafia games have masterpiece storylines and great gameplay. Better than all gta games combined only rdr2 is better than this from rockstar

Buy the mafia trilogy it includes all DLC's for all 3 games and it shouldn't cost you more then 30 bucks. Oh an the mafia games are great but definitely not better then all gta games. GTA IV had a story that was just as good as the mafia ones at least. It had a real open world with real side missions but it had the same attention to detail mafia2 did and the single player DLC's where both longer then mafias main storyline *I love both series but it's important to keep it real especially when ppl ask for HONEST opinions about a game series*

The second one is the right option. Mafia 1 is empty, only a lineal game and the 3 one is too long and boring, it is closer to a Far cry

That's a difficult call. I would suggest: • Mafia 2 if you're looking for great story and atmosphere with servicable combat & driving. Not definitive though. The original. • Mafia 3 Definitive, if you want the most satisfying gunplay and driving with an avarage story, good atmosphere and great visuals. • Mafia Definitive is a tough cookie. It's a good game but probably not the best pick of 1st one to go for.

I ended up deleting Mafia 3 from my drive. Because I didn't like the graphic quality, even using everything at the top, it doesn't have a nice and realistic look. Then I installed 1, this one has realism.

Mafia I Definitive is a terribly underwhelming and barebones experience. I know it was 40$ but still.

Underwhelming? Did you play the original Mafia from 2002?... the Mafia 1 remake is probably one of the best remakes of a game of all time... it's purely a story driven game, not really meant for open world exploration...

@@ray4493 easily justified, one of the best games I've ever played, great story, some of the best voice acting in the industry, great graphics, good gameplay, just lacks a bit in the sfx, and game is too short.
