I went to see this show on its premiere evening at Wembley Stadium London. I was then a new fan, from Erotica era. I never heard of so many of the other songs then. First time hearing of Everybody, Bananas etc.

I saw I saw Drowned World and Confessions twice in London. Right on the corner where the disco ball came down. I also saw Rebel Heart in Brisbane. Row 3. All were AMAZING!!!

The jersey that she is wearing in Everybody was the Australian soccer one. We had just lost the game that would put us in the World Cup that day. That’s why she got a big reaction when everyone saw it. God, the memories ...

The costumes for the whole tour were designed by Dolce & Gabbana. The Justify My Love costumes were inspired by the Edwardian costumes in the movie 'My Fair Lady', designed by Cecil Beaton.

I've been a long time Madonna fan, since a I was a lito boy, and I always marvel at her High Energy live tours, if you wanna watch all of them in order, the list goes something like this: - *The Virgin Tour* = first Madonna tour ever - *Who's That Girl Tour* = first Madonna world tour - *Blonde Ambition Tour* = Iconic tour that changed how tours are supposed to be - *The Girlie Show Tour* = First time she toured in Latin America - *The Drowned World Tour* = First tour after giving birth to her first born daughter Lourdes - *The Re-Invention Tour* = Highest grossing tour of that year (2004) common for her - *Confessions Tour* = Became the highest grossing tour by a female ever - *Sticky & Sweet Tour* = She broke her own record (again) to become the highest grossing tour by a Solo artist (male or female) - *The MDNA Tour* = After her Iconic Super Bowl half time show, this was the Top grossing tour of 2012 - *Rebel Heart Tour* = another sold out tour and first time in Oceania, Taiwan, Thailand, Philippines & New Zealand - *Madame X Tour* = First time doing small-theater only & no cell phones allowed. all of them full of energy, you won't regret them, watch them to see her full evolution as an Icon.

I had such a crush on the dancer Luca & know I remember why. He’s adorable.

As a Madonna fan since 1985. The Girle Show is my long time favorite Madonna's show ever. No big led screens, only Madonna and her art. Absolutely marvellous and flowless in every sence. Foreshadowing Madam X with the eye patch 😉 Justify My Love was a major controversy at the time. Seems so tame now. And it actually preceded Erotica on The Immaculate Collection greatest hits. Amazing how an old classic like Everybody still holds up. And again props to her for always giving her dancers their own spotlight 👏👏 awesome reaction 👏👏❤️

The way she played with trans roles and BDSM. She truly covered everything so the rest just really are copy cats wether they mean to be or not.

You really hit the nail on the head with these reviews. Yes, it was technically brilliant, yes she looked and sounded amazing, and she was brave in her artistic choices with the obvious sex themes, support for gay rights and for HIV sufferers. But the thing that stands out to me as unique about this particular tour was the obvious *fun* she had making it. Her other tours are often brilliant, but they are often more serious or more "artsy" or more dancey. But this tour will never be surpassed for pure, unadulterated...fun.

Madonna knows the future in music was on tours/ live performances and puts everything in each one! You have to watch Confessions tour!

One of my favorite tours. You asked her age, Madonna was 35 when she performed the show in Sydney. This was her 4th world tour of 11 so far. I hope you react to more of them. Each one is unique and different from the other. She always reinvents herself, the music, and the choreography. Love your reactions, hope to see more!

"Justify My Love" was released in late 1990 as first single from the compilation "The Immaculate Collection". The song did peak #01 in Billboard Hot 100 for 2 weeks and sold over 1 million copies of the single and maxi-single in US alone. The video for this song was the first one from Madonna not to be played at MTV for censorship reasons (due to sexual content). Madonna and her label decided then to released the song on video. The VHS first ever 5 minutes video single went to #02 on Billboard charts for 2 weeks (despite priced $10 for 5 minutes recording - all competition were concerts and compilation VHS with several videos) and stayed 39 weeks on the charts becoming the best selling video single ever with over 400k copies sold in US alone (and millions worldwide). "Everybody" was Madonna very first song released in 1982 peaking #07 on Billboard Bubbling Under Hot 100 Chart, #03 on Maxi-single sales chart and #03 on Billboard Dance Club Play Charts - the song was 100% written by Madonna (both music and lyrics).

I stumbled across your reaction site a few days ago. I am a HUGE lifelong Madonna fan from her beginnings in the early 1980's, and I love finding young people like yourself who are discovering just how legendary she truly is. She gets a LOT of flack currently for just continuing to be in the business at her age. She is a true legend who paved the way for every artist today, and she was far ahead of her time in race/sex equality, etc. Please continue reacting to her live performances. She can put on a show like no other and has the stamina of a 15 year old even when she is doing huge shows in her 50's. Her very early concerts before 1990's Blonde Ambition are fun, but don't have the amazing production that started with Blonde Ambition. You should start there and then go through all of them through to Rebel Heart. And when Madame X is released, which she did in her early 60's with bad injuries do that one too. It is very different but still impressive in its own right. Also, you are quite handsome! ;-)

Her face her smile she is not just beautiful (it’s subjective) but she is for sure magnetic !! She made me smile to watch her smile 😊

Her energy levels are incredible. I don't know how she managed to dance practically non-stop for 2 hours and be able to sing as well without being out of breath. The Girlie Show is by far my favourite Madonna tour. It's just perfect in every way and it always brings back such great memories for me. I went to the first night of the tour in London. What an experience. I also went to her MDNA tour in Birmingham. A very different show but also great. Madonna really is one of a kind and truly the Queen! Love your reactions, BTW. :)

Do you remember if Justify my love actually came this late in the show ? I’m convinced that it originally took place after Beast within but was moved towards the end when the show was filmed and edited...

I saw this in Phili and Dereck Justify My Love was l LIVE singing as was Vogue on this tour. She had already started her vocal stretching for upcoming Evita role a few years later. She has amazing sound techs that help with her spoken word “ live “. Loved it loved it !!!

Glad you liked the show. I actually went to the second show at Wembley Stadium in London 26th September 1993. Also to answer your question Madonna had just turned 35 when this tour started. The justify my love video she got crazy press people just attacking her for it. Yet it broke records as she released it as a video single (vhs) due to being banned pretty much everywhere so it was the first video single to reach number one. Also at this time the press tried to bring her down due to the sex book. Even tried to criticise the show. I remember it all well. Yet she endured and proved all of those wrong who at the time said her career was over. This was an amazing show to be at and I was near the front. I remember feeling the bass going right through my body. It was amazing.

This reminds me of Panic's Sins and Tragedies at the VMA's when Brendon was just another rock baby. He is by far the most theatrical artist since her. The 2 of them are the greatest!!!
