A beautiful, mysterious, haunting, unique song that you never forget once you've heard it. Or the splendid Gothic video she made for it. One of her best songs, definitely.

Ray of light is a masterpiece. Her best album in the 90s.

This is actually one of the very few Madonna songs that I like. Others are Ray of Light and Beautiful Stranger. 90's music is varied. It's the last decade where pop is pop and indie is indie. Nowadays it is annoyingly unavoidable to hear singers in The Voice, X Factor, KZread etc imitating Regina Spektor, Björk and other indie artists.

What a like about Madonna is that she is original, innovated and take risks. She always comes with something different and creative. Her voice in that beautiful and magical song is pure, delicate and sexy.

What a Fantastic Song and Performance!!! 👍👍

This era really was something else. It's like I can feel her "spiritual wokeness" by just looking at her. She seems so different from every other thing she made. Physically she looked beautiful, natural and even younger than previous eras. I don't know if she lost it over the years, but makes it me a little sad that she seems completely different now, like she's 80's Madonna again, (I'm not saying I don't like her nowadays, I'm so excited with the upcoming album)

This is by far one of the best dam songs I've heard in a long time. A timeless piece for all generations to come.

I still believe "Ray of Light" to be Madonna's best work (though she's had many great songs and recordings.) This seemed to be a turning point for the depth of her creativity. I think becoming a mother gave her great confidence and inner power!
