Hi how are you? this is perhaps one of the videos that ao more of madonna, perhaps because it reminds me a little of my story. when you miss feeling loved, you look for affection even in the stories of a night, hoping they give you that missing moment but that does not last long and then you feel worse

Christopher Walken is the guardian angel (not a creeper) who is trying to warn her that her “sleeping around” is going to get her killed because there is a psycho on the loose. If you go back and rewatch you’ll see the subtleties The kiss at the end is like the kiss of death, as she is about to die.

Such a good song! Like others have pointed out, it was just a music video, not related to a series or film. As far as I am aware, there is no uncensored version either. Also, again as was pointed out, she is being followed by the Angel of Death, there are subtle hints throughout the video showing that if she continues down this path, she will eventually die. This eventually happens when the angel of death gives her the 'kiss of death' (hence the cat hissing, sensing his presence), symbolising her time has come. Btw it's 'drunk by six' not jump haha but as always Madam, great reaction as always. 😘

Loved watching your reaction to the cinematic masterpiece and everyone has done a great job explaining the video and song so I won't repeat but I remember when this came out and I was just so enamored with quality of this and of course having the legend Christopher Walken which this is his first music video he was in but another one he did after this was one he got a lot of Acclaim for on mtv. I think it's wonderful that she had put so much thought and energy into making a music video into great art that is why she is so legendary in the field of music video! p

One of my favorite Madonna songs that she has never sang in concert.... yet. 🤞🤞 Hopefully one tour in the future we will get this performed live. Until then I'll keep enjoying her performance of Bad Girl from SNL 1993.

The music video focuses on the self-destructive behavior theme of the song. Illustrating the tragedy that sometimes when we can't break out of our self-destructive habits we can end up paying for it with our lives despite the best efforts of a guardian angel.

Okay so from what i understood the creeper is not a creeper he actually was Madonna lover in the video but he died and Madonna couldn't cope and deal with his passing so she started going out and sleeping with random guys. The part you see Madonna kissing the creeper is actually an "appearing" ghost like and at that moment she realizes she really loves and miss him so she overdoses on the pills and dies hence the part we see them together "flying" in the end. Hope this makes sence lol
