Lyrics:
I'm gonna wake up, yes and no
I'm gonna kiss some part of
I'm gonna keep this secret
I'm gonna close my body now
I guess, die another day
I guess, die another day
I guess, die another day
I guess, die another day
I guess I'll die another day (another day)
I guess I'll die another day (another day)
I guess I'll die another day (another day)
I guess I'll die another day
Sigmund Freud
Analyze this
Analyze this
Analyze this, this, this, this, this
I'm gonna break the cycle
I'm gonna shake up the system
I'm gonna destroy my ego
I'm gonna close my body now
I think I'll find another way
There's so much more to know
I guess I'll die another day
It's not my time to go
For every sin, I'll have to pay
A time to work, a time to play
I think I'll find another way
It's not my time to go
I'm gonna avoid the cliché
I'm gonna suspend my senses
I'm gonna delay my pleasure
I'm gonna close my body now
I guess, die another day
I guess I'll die another day
I guess, die another day
I guess I'll die another day
I think I'll find another way
There's so much more to know
I guess I'll die another day
It's not my time to go
I need to lay down
I guess, die another day
I guess I'll die another day
I guess, die another day

One of my favorite Madonna songs since childhood, music is just my type, still sounds fresh, lyrics, video, madonnas baddass acting. Sigmund Freud analyze this
This track is almost 20 years old and it still sounds more modern and futuristic than most current songs... Madonna has always been ahead of her time.

They say that making this video cost around $6.1 million. There is no amount of money that would be too much to spend on this legendary video. It will always remain Madonna's magnum opus.
This song is still fresh and completely thrilling. As a huge Bond fan, I remember how 'shocking' this reinvention of a Bond theme was, but it gave the franchise a much needed kick in the backside. Madonna has always kept her music fresh and actively stayed ahead of the curve. I think some of her best tracks are still to come. Her genius is often found in its most simplist forms.

The concept and cinematography of the video is great, but madonna's acting is even greater. She brings the grits and presence into every scene. Madonna FOREVER.
Released back in 2002! Already 21 years old now (as of 2023) THIS SONG WILL FOREVER BE ICONIC FOR US!
Greetings from germany. Came here in 2023 for the very first time. Never ever heard this song or the "American Life" album before. Or even watched this video. The ignition for me was a podcast on the german radio (at "NDR 2") were Mr. Peter Urban and his mate talked about the life of Madonna. They checked every album and when they reached "American Life" from the early 2000s (of which i have never heard before) it really kicked me. What should i say: although i am into Metal from the very beginning in the early 1980s and didn't follow the path of Madonna that much (her singles were all around....) THIS SONG AND THE WHOLE ALBUM REALLY KICKED ME! Great and awesome songs with unbelievable catchy melodies. And: she looked so cool back then. Just .....great!

Just watched her performance in Rio (Copacabana beach) and she played this song maaaan I didn’t remember how I loved this is my early teenager years! Underrated song of Madonna!
It's 8th April 2024, I'm Truly In Love With This Beautiful And Kick Ass And Awesome And Timeless And Legendary Madonna Song ❤️🔥👍🏿.
Greatest female artist of all time! 😍
“Die Another Day” was the first Bond theme song in years and years to actually be a hit. The song peaked at #8 on the Billboard Hot 100, 4 weeks in the Top 10. In comparison, Adele’s “Skyfall” debuted and also peaked at #8 on the Billboard Hot 100, but that was its only week in the Top 10. And despite being released 2 years after physical single sales fell off a cliff “Die Another Day” still managed to scan 201,000 physical copies in the US. 13 weeks at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 Single Sales chart.

"Live and Let Die" was No. 1 on two of the three major US charts (though it only reached No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100) and No. 9 on the UK Singles Chart, "Nobody Does it Better" from the Bond film "The Spy Who Loved Me" by Carly Simon entered the US charts on 23 July 1977 and went to No. #2. It stayed there for three weeks and was in the US charts for 25 consecutive weeks

Yes but I did you were not being very clear. Now, if you had stated "....years and years since Carly Simon...." Then I would have had a better idea as to what you meant. @@PDC1987
This song is predicting the future
She was in her mid 40s. One thing I admire about her is her fitness.
After 19 years this song still gives me goose bumps
Such an underrated single from Madonna. It was something fresh for James Bond themes. This song will sound fresh and modern even in 2050.

This isn't about physical death - rather the death of ego. She is battling herself.

Unfortunately she's been controlled by a monarchy elitest demonic soul controlling ritual situation, to entertain the public. Frequencies, oaths. All nonsense. She's unaware of what's been done to her. They create false feelings of being a god in people. Her only salvation is singing about nature and that we all need to focus on nature, and less of the material. Money. And false idols... ♥ Peace :)

_Die Another Day_ is the second most expensive music video of all time, the hottest Bond theme song and at that time it was a foretaste of one of Madonna's best albums so far, _American Life_ 💙.
