Sitting in a rocking chair at 50 😂 And at 50 she was touring with the highest grossing tour by a female artist ever and she’s still touring and recording at 60 👏🏻

She comes across so well here. So confident and erudite. Inspirational. Queen of the world. I wish I could have a mind half as great as hers at this point in her life. I'll settle for having the good taste to spot her talent and intellect.

11:17 predicted her eventual move to England... I gasped. her goals of motherhood, what she'd do for it, the extents she'd go to for her kid's education. all worked for- and achieved. one can say many things about Madonna, but one can't really say she's not self-aware. not even now, when she's taking the piss out of everyone by being the ultimate creamy smooth pop icon goddess who doesn't give a flying fudge people want her to 'age gracefully'. her fight against ageism now is not dissimilar from her fight against sexism and homophobia back in the 80s/90s/2000s. what a Queen indeed! Mae West's true heir.

Madonna KNEW what time it was and time belonged to her. It's crazy that u can identify what year we were all living in by looking at madonna's iconic hairdos and/looks..what other artists timeline coincide with the world? It's so crazy, her face n body is really at the forefront of pop culture and a status that actually surpasses legendary. Perhaps, she rewrote and redefined legendary. Shes not just a moment, she is really a modern day Cleopatra, joan of arc, Christopher Columbus, george Washington, only the world is constantly following her lead and if they aren't, they are aware of her omnipresence Edit: I love how smart Madonna is in her interviews because she thinks longterm. Instead of getting upset with a question or the interviewer, she phrases her responses so that she gets a good point across for the purposes of both satisfying her ego as well as communicating to her fans. Shes very clever and maneuvers a negative into a positive for her/us. We love her because she loves her as much as we do. She really is probably the only one that can get away with that too lol
