As Muslims, I'm sure we're all familiar that studying Arabic is very important, but here are some additional (materialistic) reasons why a person would study Arabic:
Arabic is the 5th most commonly spoken native language in the world!
There is a high demand and low supply of Arabic-speakers in the Western world!
Arabic-speaking nations are a fast-growing market for trade, and various government organisations around the world consider Arabic to be of ‘critical importance’!
Arabic-speaking people have made significant contributions to the world civilizations!
The Arab-speaking world has a rich cultural heritage!

Correction: جوازمُ 2:40 نواصبُ 3:33 Both are on the مفاعل pattern, so they are mamnoo' minas sarf. I mistakenly added tanween on the endings.

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته أستاذنا We learned at 8:50 that harf jar only enters upon nouns, so how can we say it enters upon أن مضمرة which is a harf Jazakom Allahu Khayra

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته 31:22 Instead of saying لا يمكنني ان ادرس….. Can I say لا أستطيع ان أدرس… Would it roughly have the same meaning?

Assalamu alaykum 1. 30:35 Is the Arabic word for coming 'muqbilun' not 'muqabbalun'? Would the feminine of the word have a taa marbuta at the end? 2. 10:50 could you confirm that it is referred to as 'an muT'marah'? Because the writing looks like 'an muFmarah' 3. Is the english meaning of 'an' 'to' and 'that'? 4. 29:20 It would have been fine to be given all the rules associated with 'an' in this lesson. Unlike a live class, students can stop and return to the video after taking a break. It's better to be given all the information together for good organisation of our notes JazakAllah hu khairan

#Question As salaamu alykum wa rahmatullaahi wa barakaatuh. 1# خرجت لِأشربَ الماء Ustaadh I want to know why in this sentence لِأشربَ is not indicating "future" even though أن is hidden? 2# Does أن acts as an connector between two verbs? It is not clear to me why we are incorporating إن in these sentences? JazaakAllaahu khairaa

وعليكم السلام ورحمة الله وبركاته 1. Because the speaker is relaying an event that has already taken place (خرجت indicates that it already happened) 2. Hurooful jarr (like the لام in the sentence) cannot attach onto verbs, so أن acts like an intermediary

Because if you put a fi'l before a it's fa'il then the fi'l becomes singular.
