@@PJTYLERGated communities are not uncommon in central FL, I live nearby and can tell you that community is nothing special. There's a lot of vacation rentals in there for tourists. Jenn's family owns that property, probably was a vacation home investment. Again not uncommon or very expensive. If you look across the street from that community, there's one of the nastiest ghetto run down neighborhoods in Kissimmee. His family on the other hand do seem to be pretty well off. The last I heard is he does have a public defender.

There would have been abnormalities in her underclothes that any mother could have spotted and any doctor could have noticed had she been properly cared for. In fact, pediatricians are trained to check quickly babies once over and possibly even children to make sure there is nothing wrong down there in the case of child abuse. It's totally a thing!

The party could have been done the weekend before or after Madeleine’s birthday. It was her 13th birthday,which is a big deal. Also, the party was at the grandmother’s home. That means Stephan took Madeline home after the party. Madeline was alone with him for the rest of the evening and night. Jenn is sick! Letting her daughter get abused. I know someone who has bipolar depression and they medicate them self too much to where they sleep as much as they can . Maby Maddie’s mom wasn’t involved as much as she should have been. She was dealing with depression and terrible thoughts. She probably took things to help her knock out and sleep that’s why she wakes up tired because she’s groggy from medication. The police are mum about Jenny because I think they are skinning her. She has made things difficult probably by lawyering up. The police will make the big reveal after they have her confession. And knowing that criminals don't spill the beans easily, we have a long wait probably.

With what little I've heard about that app, I wouldny be a bit surprised. Sickos on there.

When you hurt a child, baby, toddler, or handicap person your rights should be taken away ( my opinion), no rights at all.. The harshest sentence must and should be imposed the 1st time, no 2nd chances.. These crimes against children have to stop, hold these mothers accountable as well.. And if they're holding him for what he has in his phone in regards to his abuse of this child, should be enough to convict his tail.. Disgusting

The autopsy will reveal what happened to her !! I don’t get why it’s taking them so long to say what really happened to this beautiful little girl ! She deserves justice ASAP

He's in custody for all the charges pertaining on what was found on his phone. They don't want to rush it before gathering critical information. I understand that part, she needs justice so getting and looking into all the information is critical to be able to achieve justice.

Has nothing to do with Telegram. Whatsapp does the same thing. Even iMessage is end to end encrypted and Apple in the past has been hesitant to give investigators messages. I think the stipulation should be, in a perfect world, that in child endangerment all of these apps and services should be required by law to give up the data.

Any messenger app is only as bad as the actors using it. Not everyone using Telegram is doing bad things. These predators know what to use to communicate to stay hidden from LE. This is just one of their means.

The problem is that people want their privacy, so what happens in other apps is that the app has more visibility and control over what it’s shared within it but the companies also sell your data. Telegram promises full privacy to their users, so they are not liable for what it’s shared within it as it’s each user responsibility and obviously people doing illegal activities will choose this option, that’s why criminal organizations and terrorists usually have Telegram groups

It’s highly offensive that one of your contributors cracked a “Weekend at Bernie’s” joke relative to poor Maddie’s body being driven around. In fact, when you have these panelists/experts/guests they (and you Vinnie who I normally admire) should cease and desist with the coy and snarky insiders type commentary when discussing these serious topics. Imagine a family member tuning in and hearing that child’s post-murder car trip being compared to a lame sick joke movie. Shame on you.

Totally agree, this is not the first time a panelist on Vinnie's show has made an inapproriate or disparaging comment. This has happened several times, I can't help but think they are coached to say controversial things. Shame on CourtTV for having such low standards for content.

Right! I'm so sick of people being like, "I'm still on the fence. She could have been in shock & just repeating what Stephan told her." So, Stephan told her she was there and then she wasn't-? He told her she saw her the night before, then oops nvm, she saw her that morning before school-? He told her she called to report Maddie missing at 4:45 PM when she actually called around 8 PM-? He told her to make sh*t up and she just did-? And don't get me started on the whole "she might be afraid of him" BS. She was SURROUNDED by LE after Maddie was reported missing. At no time did she tell them SHE was in danger or scared. I don't care how terrified I am, NO ONE can force me to repeat lies about the disappearance &/or m*rder of my ONLY child. I'll scream the truth from the rooftops & then you can take me out bc my life would be over at that point. No way in he11 I'd go down protecting the man who SA'ed and ki11ed my only child. She lied. She wasn't scared. She failed her daughter her whole life. No one should be defending her.

As a survivor, what you are not understanding is that the abuser threatens to murder your family and do more harm to you. Unless you have lived it, you have NO right to throw accusations at the mother! Time will tell . It was years before I knew that my family would be safe if I came forward. NOTHING would cause me to believe my family would not die if I told.

@Liveanotherday Not in every case. Mine made no threats, it went on for 3 years and he lived with us. I agree, throwing accusations at the mother at this point is wrong. My parents didn't know. If there is grooming, fear isn't used really. They manipulate instead of threaten.

You can only enact and film a snuff film with ur victim ONCE, bc then that person is dead. I would suggest that is what he did. Madeline had reached her 'use by date' , he had to 'take care of business' before she talked, he probably had set up a viewer audience big noting himself that she'd be assaulted and murdered on air on her 13th birthday, and that's why he involved himself in the bday event (much to the grandmothers perplexing). Jenn was not there so he had free reign . He might have even taken her to some friends. Him having her in the car may be him role playing, treasuring the last moments before he knew he had to dispose of her, as well as attempting an alibi. A gu who uses an encrypted service but doesn't know that factory resetting his phone doesnt wipe evidence is somewhat dim and unreasearched, which indicates he is partially in denial about his own activities / or split Either way, Madeline was an easy target for him and he exploited her to the fullest. And don't assume he stopped once she was dead. The guy is a sexual psychopath and a fraud. He also likes playing with risk ie maybe getting caught. Part of him wants himself to be caught because he wants his exploits to be known. He wants to be notorious in his circles. It's a circle of predators who think this behaviour is cool. The guy is a pathetic human . And yes he was escalating. Stay tuned to see if the pro paedophile lobbyists step up to fight for his right to abuse.

I get how you can accidently delete a pic I've done that your sorting pics and you click delete by mistake. But how on earth do you accidently fac reset? It's under a few menus in settings and mine asks for a pin to fac reset

You have to go through several menus and options to factory reset and it asks you more than once "are you sure" before you actually hit the button. I agree with you.

Since the party was at the grandma's house, someone should ask her if Stephan left there with Madeline that evening. I'm wondering if he took her with him and did something seriously bad during the night. Jenifer said she talked with her the night before so where else could Madeline have spent the night? Jenifer was so nervous as well and she said she was with him that morning so I wonder if they both disposed of the body.

7 hr between the telagram app use and throwing away the book bag 😢 WOW! Her Mother WAS home during that time , the mom saying she saw her getting ready for school. I would think mom would be held responsible for something. After all isn't she Primary Care Taker? Mom is legally Responsible for Maddie. She is a part of this , just by getting on the news and spewing lies .
