My sister in law and her husband lived in Portugal for about 15 years and they loved a visit to Madeira. I would have loved a trip on that open top bus and those views from the cable car were brilliant. It looked a great trip out in the tropical gardens and sounds as if you got your daily steps in for the day! Cheers Alan

Great idea to get out and enjoy the beautiful coming into port early, Nettie. Gorgeous views from the cable car! Lovely lush garden area up on top. It's nice the cable car was still running and uncrowded on your way back down. Friendly good byes! Thanks for bringing us along.

I would highly recommend Madeira and Lisbon and we only touched the surface. Such beautiful places and friendly locals.

I've always wanted to visit Madiera. Mountains, coast, architecture, history culture, seems to have it all. This part looks fascinating, and i love a good cable car ride. Excellent video hope you are having a fab sunday, cheers from barnyz

Even with the small part of Madeira we experienced, we loved it as we did Lisbon and certainly want to go back and explore some more.

Nettie this place looked fabulous, it looked lovely as you came into the shore. Loved the ride up in the cable car, the views were amazing all around and the buildings were beautiful. the view of Funchal from the ship is so beautiful! so CR7 was born there, that's cool to know! I will just walk too to the cable car. and the view from the cable car is so lovely! love the Monte Palace, and the Portuguese tiles decorating the walls of the pathway is a nice touch. the red color in the tropical garden is a lovely contrast amongst the greenery, and the tropical flowers. such a lovely Cruise excursion. as always very informative, a great travel guide. thank you for sharing.❤

Wow what a beautiful area so wonderful to see this. That cable car looked like a nice ride and the gardens were incredible what a view. I knew that was Ronaldo he was all over our daughters walls for years! 😊 great tour always love your narrations and the filming and editingis always great! It was our visit to Portugal and yes we loved it too and agree Lisbon is a fantastic place to visit, so Izmir must be wonderful to live in too!

Madeira looks so beautiful! SO beautiful seeing the port from the ship. Nice you can get a shuttle bus as an option but too bad it was hard to figure out. Wow so many tour transport companies around there haha. The cable car would be such a wonderful experience. Nice you can buy online ahead. Stunning views from up there, so cool to see your massive cruise ship from up there. I would love to visit someday! :)
