would make sense, beholders also come from the far realm.

I wish that they mentioned what patron you chose in the game because a GOO warlock would be who you’d think would have the most interesting insights on the tadpoles. Thank you for this video btw listening to this and learning when I do stuff makes me happy

Love me some Lovecraft and lore me some Great Old One Warlocks! I was so siked to learn about the Illithids and their critical role in the story, plus the petulant little party you're saddled with. Its like it was finally a chance for me to play my neutral evil, Great Old One Warlock to the fullest. He's not even gonna resist the thing in his head, thinking it an honor and the will of his patron to become so horrible a monster, but he's of course not about to let on to it...

At the very first I thought the Absolute was one of them.

Excellent video as always! What your favorite old one btw? Mine probably Pandorym! He was a elder evil summoned by the imaskari to destroy the gods but was never used and is trapped in the Celestial Nadir a imaskari super structure!

Sorry if this is a stupid question but are there elder goods? Like some of these seem evil and others just doing their own thing but are there any that are creating good while just doing their own thing accidentally? Archfey warlocks are planned eventually, right? Would you be so kind as to make a video on them :D

I still maintain that Lovecraft ever ending up in public domain was one of the worst things to happen to fantasy games of all kind. Everyone just tossed them in wherever.
