I'm not an English-native speaker and don't live in an English-speaking country but I have already found some easy learning patterns of English by myself.

The confusion about "Made of" and "Made from" at last has gone.Your teaching technique has cleared all of my confusions about this matter.So Thanks a lot for your teaching style.And the answer is "This vase is made of glass".

It is still confusing. A pot can be made of cement, but we don't get back cement from it. So shouldn't we say this pot is made from cement?

Really usefull this short lesson for non-native speakers.I did not find this lesson anywhere so far.Thank you so much for your effort!

I do like the concept and the way you explained it. However, "This cake is made WITH flour." While it is true that you cannot get the flour back from the cake, it is only one part of making the cake. Otherwise, you could also say "This cake is made from eggs." or "This cake is made from water.". But you can say "This cake is made from flour, eggs, and water." because you listed ALL of the ingredients.

You are mistaken! When you use WITH, you mean to say the process and ingredients involving! Therefore, you make cakes WITH flour, eggs, sugar, essence, water etc and the main ingredient is mentioned when you answer what the cake is "made with!" But cake is made of flour because you taste every grain baked into a new thing which cannot give you the same taste of Raw Flour, therefore you correctly say, CAKE IS MADE of FLOUR!
