kenzie has a lot of spunk and energy, while maddie is clean, precise, and elegant. personally i was in shock when maddie came out because she looked like a pro, but kenzie brought a different energy to the dance ❤️

Thing is tho I’m samba u really don’t want to be elegant, u want a clean, precise routines performed with high energy and passion. The blonde one (idk who is who aha I never watched dance moms) was not where near as technically good as the brunette (that opinion is based off the samba walks)

Maddie is a good dancer but I personally thought Mackenzie did a better job here as she's having more fun with it and is energetic where's Maddie is more professional and focused on each movement she does

I'm pretty sure they are told when to clap Think about it, from the way the camera came to Maddie, you could see that she was already standing there even before the camera came, and yet the audience didn't clap until the camera came to her. If they where not instructed, atleats one of then would have clapped the moment she came on stage, but the just all clapped at the same time when the camera showed her. That's sus

McKenzie gave me life here! And 1:02 gave me chills when Maddie came out! The floor looks so slippery, and they owned the stage in those heels.

This is by far the best dance they have done better then cry

these 2 goddesses effortlessly did aerials in heels, danced with perfect facial expressions and had incredible body control and technique in ballroom. Such versatile and beautiful queens of dance. THEIR POWER WRECKED THE STAGE.

The talent just runs in the family. Fans really showed their love for the sisters especially when Maddie entered the stage. It was a great entrance!! I never get tired of watching them dance!! They have the whole package, talent, beauty and shine like stars in entertainment! All the Best to Them! NYC loves you!🤘

They have grown so much, I remember watching them on dance moms. Kenzie had really come into her own, and her dance style is amazing. And Maddie... superb as ever. I really love the connection at the end where they flipped together in unison.

ok im 22 years old and I have consistently watched these kids from day 1 when i was only 13 years old. I just bawled my eyes out seeing how grown up and how successful they are as if they are my own kids 😭 I’m so proud of Kenzie and Maddie. They really are genuinely good humans and it’s so nice to see that.

Alex Dom at the time of her going on the show, she had stopped dancing and was focused on her singing career. DWTS has had plenty of people who have had some sort of dance experience but the rules state they can’t have ballroom experience. If you watched their show, they stuck mainly to 2 styles of dance and it was never ballroom. So the only advantages are timing, but musicians and athletes like gymnasts and ice dancers have that too, stamina, but athletes have that too, and technique, but actors and band members who dance have it too. If we didn’t have many of these people, we’d see a lot of bad dancing. It evens it out. So it a way, many people that go on the show have some sort of advantage but at the same time, everyone is learning new rules and techniques for each dance. There’s some advantage that many have but I won’t say it’s a huge advantage. It even shows in her scores she got throughout the season

She had never done ballroom dancing before this show and dancing with a partner (though i know she did a few times on the show in styles like jazz) and dancing in group or solo pieces are very different. And yes while she did have a dance background this is not what she is now working on and identifies as a singer/song writer rather than a dancer like maddie does. She also no longer dances like she used to and though she knows the basic technique knowing it and doing it are very different thing especially after not doing it for a few years. She also came second in the end anyway.
