Madara's villain introduction is probably the best ever. It goes from bad, to real bad, to worse, to much worse, worst, to how the fuck is getting two mountain sized meteors dropped on us getting even getting worse, and oh god he's using the technique of the only man known to have ever defeated him. Shit's insane lol

madara saw an entire army against him and thought "what a perfect playground to test my new jutsus". This man is cold asf

Still remember watching this ep, the Gokage fight ones and the ones with Hashirama vs Madara flashbackslive all those years ago and thinking "and this is the guy who LOST to Hashirama?! No wonder the First was called the God of Shinobi..."

Madara didn't lost due to inferiority he got outsmarted by Hashirama who knew his ultimate weakness by stabbing him from behind with a mokuton clone

@@icebox1954 true, judging by the size they weren't even 1/10th the size of actual moon but I do believe that they were large enough to destroy a whole city in a snap ...... I think someone with extremely large amount of chakra pool can possibly attract the Real moon but nobody's done that so far.

And people wonder why i like Madara over everyone other villian. NO ONE... and I repeat... NO ONE made an appearance as badass as Madara did day 1. He shown up ready to fight the entire ninja world ON SIGHT.

It's really impactful because Madara's power isn't lore-friendly to the story. If you see some intergalactic lifeform fighting against other intergalactic lifeform, you won't even bothered because it's not that desperate situation, they're on the same level, and they're not even at the strongest position according to their lore, but in this scene, no one came close to Madara level, it gives meaning to those who fought him, it gives them literal chill. And for us as human who can relate to desperate situation, it's also giving us chill...

There has never been a better payoff to the hype a character got for as long as madara was hyped for than with madara such a fantastic payoff and he lived up to all the hype
