Very much required observations by Hon'be Court on careless attitude of officers holding constitutional offices.

अपने पद का दुरुपयोग कर भ्रष्टाचारियों के खिलाफ सही एक्शन लिया है । जज साहब को में धन्यवाद देता हूं जो इन्होंने जुर्माना इस ऑफिसर से वसूल करने को ना के सरकारी खजाने भरपाई करवाई ,इसके लिए में जज साहब को एक बार ओर धन्यवाद देता हूं ।

All the employees are suggested to read their rights and duties while on probation which includes the law book too.... Their duties as per law and rights too.. But shame on govt employees

That's because the Judge has all the paperwork and case in front of him. It's his judgement time and he is a very considerate invoking response from the petitioner and lawyers. The way they are replying or attempting to reply, the honorable judge knows they are holding their ground , which has got no legal holding. He said she said or I thought so , such excuses may sound good for story telling but no place in legal holdings. An excellent ruling by this honorable judge. Lot of respect for him who has so pleasantly shown them their wrong doing and held them responsible by setting the consequences. 🙏🙏🙏👌👌👌❤️
