We need to save Quincy jones he leads the resistance against boredom and not funny. We need to get him , madtv rights Debra Wilson Bobby lee everyone . Dave Chappelle everyone and make it a great Netflix show or something even if it has to be on fox 11 . Mad tv won’t work with out Quincy jones he made all the music and ginggles that made the show great . Kinda like the score of a movie makes the movie thin Star Wars etc also we need Gina carrano and joe Rogan and rob schinerder to make it conservative funny

Yeah, it was always at least 100 times funnier than SNL. MADtV should still be on, and SNL long gone.

Think about it. Obama was elected.Don't forget,they spoofed him hard during the election. MadTV was cancelled a few months later. Everything was PC soon after. The rebooted MadTV really reflects this,as it was cancelled too. It was worse than SNL.

These comedians did more with less, if you ask me. Their passion is obvious and their laughs more genuine because they parody every aspect so grossly directly! Now SNL rules with a vanilla, risk-averse fist, ew there is no justice

Agreed! My wife and I wonder why MADTV was taken off the air.

My dad was on Jenny Jones😂😂😂 my mom rolled her eyes and she was like “yea, he was, he claimed his friend signed him up talking about he wanna marry a virgin!” 😂😂😂😂😂😂 I asked my dad and he started laughing! He said he lost the tape hahaha

I’m so glad they kept in the commercial segues and the intro song. It makes me immeasurably happy

So ahead of it’s time. By todays standards it would’ve accepted. Thank goodness we can watch reruns and still enjoy the show. There will never be a show as good as this. All the lame time talk shows should be canceled and bring this back.

Why would SNL producers have to do any sabotaging when Fox executives were already there never promoting something they didn't own and continually cutting it's budget year after year?

I remember the Madden kitten scandal like it was yesterday. Nothing's sacred for MadTV.

Man vs Beast is a white-hot cold intro. How many killer impressions can fit into a single skit? This episode is like a studio album with hit after hit, no filler. That bullfrog is dynamite!

That was the most perfect Mariah and Whitney... don't get me started on Bobby Brown though.. he can go ...

I'm not hating at all because I was born in the 90's and grew up watching madtv....and I never watched SNL until later on ....but if it wasn't for SNL.... there'd be no madtv at all ....SNL spawned so many great comedy sketches and improv shows....like whose line is it anyway madtv etc etc...but I can't disagree with madtv being fearlessly funnier....you can totally see actor's and actresses breaking character....like mo Collins in the Lilian Verner game show....my daughter's my best friend.... LMFAO....you can totally see her laughing her ass off...

Truly agree on both counts...this show was so damn funny, but we all have a chord that can be struck...and Bob Ross😰 He was unique but in an amazing one of a kind treasure of a soul...guess just saying I get ya, RIP Mr. Ross. Wanna find a brush to clean and "just beat the Devil out of it!"🥰😄🧡

Funny, I just saw Jenny Jones not in character on two Match Game episodes from 1981 and I only saw Mo Collins in her place.

The Soprano bit was horrible and too real, not funny.
