This has been the most important music of my life. It lives in my soul. Mike's incredible guitars, Layne's howl, Barrett's thunder, and bakers warm bass tones. They have all touched me as a person and especially as a musician. Thank you so much for yourselves.

I still remember the time when I first heard Above in 1995 when I was 17. I was blown away. And I am to this day, though many years have passed. I still have the casette and treasure it. For me it's the most beautiful record of all times. I will always love it and hold it in a special place in my heart. I'm forever grateful that you created such masterpiece. Miss Layne and Baker 😢

Got chills watching this. ‘Wake Up’ for me is such a monster of a song. I think Layne deeply wanted to wake up. Thinking about my own life, using drugs since I was 15. Though sober now, I still haven’t moved forward since then. I live in the past and relive my traumas so much, that I’m never in the present. It’s like I’m not living at all. Just a ghost. I think I too, need to wake up.
