Macroinvertebrates and Water Quality
Penn State Public Broadcasting taped the annual macroinvertebrate count near Kutztown, PA. Aquatic biologists working with the Schuylkill Action Network counted the presence of macroinvertebrates in streams near farms that have been taking action to prevent manure and fertilizer from entering the streams running through their farms. The streams feed into the Schuylkill River, which is a source of drinking water for Philadelphia and communities north of the city. This video was produced by Cheraine Stanford, videography by Chris Kugler, audio by Jud Mantz, and edited by Bill Hood.

What a fire video! Thank you. Sincerely, me!
I’m researching in macro invertebrate at school and my group might’ve found something weird. But everyday people find new invertebrates..
