Failure of public sector (elected officials and bureaucratic cronies) leadership. We have a massive display of such here in northern California.
No you just can't "live how you want to live" sir! You need to be "forced" into a clean, civilized mental health facility with all the 'space" you want. No "choices"!

It will light on fire 1 day, they all end up like that. Then boom the propane goes off😢 it gets wild. Y'all be safe. Ain't nothing good about this. I bet drugs run this camp also. Jus get the people into rehabs darnit. Mentally and physically sick like that is not good for any community. Whatever town this is in. The town has to step in and get them outta there. Seen this more than once

1:39 you can clearly see a child walking near the green trash can in the encampment. Looks like they’re just wearing a diaper. Edit: @ 2:44 you can see the child again walking down the street in just a diaper with a dog and two adults. Anything going to be done about a small child without clothes or shoes living in squalor?

Where does William Barnes suggest these people go to exist? They do exist, they don't have homes, maybe no jobs, where are they supposed to be? Where are they supposed to go to the bathroom or wash themselves? I'm not trying to be sarcastic, I dont know the answers to these questions.

Dude one of them said he has a home but he likes to be outdoors. These people can go to the outskirts and live in the woods? What are you talking about?!

@LoveableLincoln32 That's not the case for most homeless people. Choosing to live like that, SHOULD be done out in the "wilderness," but not many states actually have wilderness that's not private property.
If the guy owns a house, then go home and live outside. But it's not your ppty..
