They’re a pretty good truck mate. Almost a bit new for my fleet though 😂🤦🏻‍♂️

My brother had the same problem with one of his Inters. His solution was to lightly tack weld a small piece of flat steel across the front of the channel where the roller runs. Never popped out again.

That sounds like a good repair Stephen. I’ve ordered a clip today to fit in the end of the track, so hopefully that fixes it. If it doesn’t, I might be looking for the welder 👨‍🏭

Videos of everyday needed repairs are just as good as planned ones. If you would have added duct tape into that repair along with the wire and tie wrap it would have been considered a permanent repair😀. When you couldn’t find one of the light screws made me think of when I can’t find something only to eventually find it right where I set it down. Everything breaking down at the moment and not getting paid to fix my own stuff is a very familiar feeling. If you only have enough to keep busy for 20 years you’re doing good, it’s worse when you know you have more planned than you could finish in the rest of your life but still collect more. To finish this off the neighbor called, he has 20 loads of corn to haul in in May so that helps with the cash for my hobby/addiction to collect more which I don’t have time and as I get older the energy for. To me this makes for a great life! Keep up the great videos.

Thanks Geoffrey, it’s always a pleasure to read your comments mate. Haha perhaps I’ve underestimated my timeline with 20 years! Some of these repairs are pretty simple but they all take a bit of time. I spent a couple of days on my ute before it’s inspection, this door/window played up, the pressure washer has split a hose, the crane is leaking fuel, the loader tractor is leaking oil 😂🤦🏻‍♂️ the list continues. It’s a good thing we like a challenge! Your corn hauling sounds good mate, I’m looking forward to seeing your footage of that work 🙏🏻

My pleasure Daryl, I looked at the parts book today, and worked out there was a clip missing, so I’ve ordered one, and the wire and cable tie will be right for a couple of days!

Yes I’d say it’s so the handle doesn’t tear into the door trim as it’s spinning around

good videos mate, just do odd videos here and there with your camera even could do a bit of a vlog, and take video footage here and there during the day of anything good or dramatic.

Thanks mate, that’s good advice. The camera is good sometimes, but needs a gimbal stabiliser for footage on the move.
