What is the gantry support alluminum or steel? That's one hack of a rigid looking structure.

What for TTS engine do you use ?

Just using compressed air would be better and probably enough. What RPM are you getting on this spindle...

What feed rate and RPM have u used?

Where did you buy the block of carbide?

I love watching woodworking and metalworking but what made me crack up was that you used the Dwayne (The Rock) Johnson text to speech or something similar to it!!

@@mjoconr Yes the gantry was machined out of one solid block of steel. Same for the base and z-axis.

slowing ur feedrate will just make ur tool rub more and actually cause more heat

Wrong, that's only true for lipped cutters. This is grinding.

Nice, but I hope you cleaned put your machine not once, but twice and every three times. The carbide dust will kill your machine. For this type of work, you want to use EDM.
