MGK is actually a very talented rapper and can sing, play instruments and hold his own against Eminem. Em didn’t give him a career nor can he destroy his career. Kill shot didn’t make him switch to pop punk. He will release more rap and Eminem lied about not blackballing him. I find his denial hilarious. Almost like this was planned. Tickets to my downfall is an amazing album. Took me by surprise. Every song is amazing! Now I’m ready for the Gunner to come back. What poppin FREESTYLE was very good. Smoke and drive was something I wish was longer so bad. MGK can freestyle. He made my quarantine better.

Same here. I honestly To this day can’t give a definitive answer on who came out ahead on this. Eminem rapped better, flow superior, wordplay was A1 as always... but honestly it was probably the lightest hitting diss Em ever did. The deepest hitting bar on the whole track was “rather be an 80 year old me than 20 year old you.” MGK brought to light some deep issues, went back through Eminem’s whole catalog with references, and paid respect to one of his idols while being real about his problems with him. MGK sent some subs Em’s way because he felt Em was fucking with his career, Eminem dissed MGK directly, and MGK came at the goat knowing he’d lose but making it clear Momma didn’t raise no bitch.

Best reaction ever. I grew up outside of Detroit. I was 14 when Em hit it big. I instantly became an Eminem fan and always have been. I will also give recognition where recognition is due, this was bad ass diss. MGK came hard, kept a good flow and rhythm and didn't hold anything back. He stayed on point, it was a bad ass diss. If I was Eminem I damn sure wouldn't like the diss but I would totally respect the man for coming at me with an acknowledgable diss. Definitely a hard diss.
