Man this shit got me all in my feels. If I remember correctly, this originally came out in 2012 as I believe I was 21. At 21 I was lost, alone, broke, addicted, and headed no where and this song played a big part in that next year of getting my shit together after finding out my girl was pregnant. Since then.. nothing but grinding and it's paid off big with a great career with six figure income, a strong marriage, a tight family, and purchasing my first home. Life is completely different these days and although I still stumble from time to time, I wouldn't trade it back for the life I had at 21. I'd never go back, but you have to remember where you came from. EST for life!

This song means a lot, especially right now. My twin brother was one of the biggest MGK fans out there, he passed away a few weeks ago at only 17 years old. We have this song playing at his funeral. I've never watched anything of MGKs that I haven't loved . Hes so talented at everything. It would be an honor to meet this man, if I had the choice to meet Kells or be given a million dollars, I'd pick meeting him hands-down!

I've been listening to MGK since the Lace Up mixtape and I'm glad he's being appreciated by a larger audience now. His music has helped me through my hardest times and it got me through my DTs and now I'm 100% sober. EST for life!!!!

The real reason MGK ain't super famous is that he is an anti-Illuminati rapper that has real meaningful lyrics. Selling your soul to the devil like Jay-Z and Kanye is doing means you have to rap about disrespecting others, bragging, promoting drugs and objectifying women. This is truly one of the reasons why I really miss old rapping MGK. He just made so many great songs and a lot of bangers. I still like his music now but he was just so much better back from 2009-2016.
