My brother died 2 days ago on 3/23/15. he was 19 years old and back when we were younger, we would always listen to this song. he had me memorize every lyric to this song, and it has paid off. I want him to remember that this is our song and that this is what he will be remember by. I love you Ethan.

He would want you to stay strong and MGKs songs always help me feel better or let out my emotions, which is important when my brother died I wasn't embarrassed to cry, you gotta let that out and you'll feel a lot better in time. Just don't sit there and let depression get the best of you, gotta stay strong for you and your brother :) sorry for the long comment just know how you feel and want to let you know ive been there and that sadness will pass if you let it, obviously you'll always miss him but like I said don't let his death stop you from being happy, seen it happen to so many people and they're family/friend that passed on would want you to be happy.

MGK & Bone thugs really got me through hard times, at 14 i lost everything when my only family (dad) died, no home no money just a few clothes, i even resented God back then, but these guys really helped me through their songs, although it's still a little tough i got a stable job and a wife to start a family i had always wished for. So to anyone feeling like there's no hope, i just wanna say hang in there you can do it just believe in yourself and work hard, we reap what we sow

On god man.. lost my dad at 14 Christmas day. My mother is a straight junkie. Raised by my siblings (thankfully). But every word on your comment? I understand. I’m glad you have the family you deserve, and wanted. Myself? Working towards it. Keep your head up homie. I love music, for this. This song got me thru so much shit in life. Homeless twice, loss of friends and family, loss of jobs, discharge from the military, abandonment, living in slums, being cheated on, jail, drug and alcohol abuse. I don't know how I didn't just kill myself but I kept pushing thru and songs like this kept my head up and dreaming that all my struggles and suffering will bear fruit one day into something good. Now I have my own business making 100 grand a year and about to back to school this year.

First heard it on a basketball court in 2013. I lived in apartments in a crappy place called Glenwood. In a way though it’ll always be my home cause I met MGK in the music there. Till this day I rap and believe it or not my biggest influence is someone I rarely listen to now. Guess it’s just good to return to your roots.
