The best way is to practice each hand with metronome slowly and then increase the tempo. Then you can try the same with both hands. You can request a tutorial explaining and showing my hands here: pabloamoon.com/requests

I was realllllyyy bad at rhythm like that on piano and in general, it took a lot of work but it started getting better on guitar and I got fed up with it not being as good as I wanted and I spent an entire weekend while on a trip to the beach listening to songs I knew and liked and exploring new music while keeping the rhythm of the song with my hands, feet etc without stopping for anything, the first few songs were rough then I noticed after about an hour of doing it I could pick up on the bpm of the song quicker and wouldn’t break my rhythm nearly as often, with that out of the way back to piano when I started playing this song for the first time I surprised myself my actually keeping a steady rhythm with my left hand quite easily and I noticed because this would have been pretty much impossible for me before. Sorry for the essay I just saw this comment and as someone who struggled with this for ages probably and was probably less proficient than the average beginner at piano and now it’s a hell of a lot easier, the practice that I did for even those few days changed how I piano completely and boosted my skill significantly. I hope If you try this it works for you too
