Studio 150 Bethlehemkerk is a recording studio and concert venue - since 1979 - in the heart of Amsterdam. The studio organises livestream concerts everyday at 19.00 CET during this quarantaine period. We want to give people the opportunity to enjoy live music from their own living room and support artists during these challenging times.
On the 7th of April Dutch pianist and singer Maartje Meijer will join us for the Livestream Concerts. Maartje is no stranger at Studio 150 as she recorded her album 'Gedichten van de torenkamer' (Poems of the tower room) here with us. Poems joined by music, which are transferred into songs.
In the poetry she is assisted by Ingmar Heytze. His poem 'Voor de liefste onbekende' (For the sweetest stranger) is one of the poems which Maartje used for her album.
