Treat "Net Sales" as I treat "Sales" in these videos. Net Sales is Sales - Returns, so you still need to deduct other things!

She could have rented out 3 times a months for 4 days at 550 dollars all inclusive. Thats 1650 after 12 days. This is better than any other offer on airbnb they usually charge 300 a day plus a lot of fees equal to 300 or more. So in 12 days she could make 1650 by renting 4 nights to 3 people and will have 18 more nights. She coul rent out 3 more times and make a minimum of 3,300 bucks which is great. Quantity in money vs Quantity in nights. U dont need to rent every day just do a package deal discount. 4 days for 550 is great competitive and still makes money. If u price at 500 a day ur renters will look elsewhere. If u rent 550 for 4 days thasba steal thats 137.5 guaranteed thats hotel prices. Price too high per night will get little customers price too little u will not make anything but do a bundle u will get a lot of business people and festival goers who will like the price. Also add a 100 fee for extra none married adults and 100 fee per child. This will help with
