I find it odd that when the cops showed up at the party house, nobody came outside. All those red and blues and nobody was even curious? On my block, if there's any emergency responder within eyesight, nearly everyone steps out to take a look at least. If it's an immediate neighbor, people come over to make sure you're good. Those guys ignored a bunch of cop cars in their own yard? Really?

For some reason she decides to reverse at 24 mph (as per the vehicle computer) doesn't see him getting up and hits him as he is getting up which would explain the injuries to his head, torso and arm (and broken tail light). She takes off thinking he'll just get up and go into the friends house. When she wakes up in the morning and can't reach him she remembers hitting him and panics, calls friends who take her to the friends house where they find him lying in the snow as she is said to be saying" I hit him, I hit him".

I think Johnny had something going on with Jennifer McCabe ... she was the only person who invited him to the bar and the Alberts home... she was also the only one not trying to save Johnny's life and felt the need to control the narrative with 911 dispatch and the first responders... She was always the link to the story.....I think the dog was let out to pee and attacked John, and he probably attempted to man handle the dog and pissed off the very tired, drunk narcissist Albert and things out of control quick.... to avoid lawsuits, they threw him at on the front lawn and inducted the story from there....

Disagree with the host and first defense lawyer in particular. Ms. Read seems highly manipulative and Erin O'Keefe seems desperate for a friend.

Vinnie Politan made a great point. Look at the reception Karen gets compared to John O’Keefe’s family. They lost their son. The poor Dad can barely make it up the stairs, and his mom is absolutely heartbroken. While Karen struts in like a celebrity. Clearly, the supporters are delusional. The victim is completely being forgotten in this case while the possible murderer is being regarded as a superstar. So weird!

I'm on the fence with this. I dont velieve she intended to kill her husband at all or did. However in being drunk, a fight, leaving and then going back she defs wasnt in a good state,or judgement clouded so she goes from maybe i hit him with the car, maybe i didnt. But im sure she didnt fully know she hit him with the car and decided to deliberately leave him in the snow to die. The police obviously have been proved to do a shoddy job (what kind?) But thats going to rule against her. In the meantime the judge is something else. Why does she bother with her job and this mish mash of "dont pay attention to the witnesses statement....but do" ...is that a fiar trial? Tgen her huffing and puffing and misery being there for tge case all rule against Karen ....what happened to a fair trial???

Judge us inappropriately biased , and her bias is disrupting right to fair trial. Complaint to sanction judge should be filed.

...and you are corrupt Trooper Proctor lying about the tow time of vehicle to give you an extra magic hour with the vehicle, unfortunately the only video corrupt Proctor did not get to disappear shows KR cracking that taillight on Officer O'Keefe's vehicle, which you clearly see just the crack.
