Ramdevji is Great
Really effective asan. My sugar was 277(fasting) and 400(post meal) my 10 days routine with this mandukasan really change the numbers. Now my blood sugar level is 99(fasting) and 183(post meal).

@@richakumar9703 Hello richa mam. Aap agar 2 min or more kar rahi ho to phir aap niche jaane k bad halke halke breath in breath out kar sakti ho. Air flow itna kum rakna hai ki apka pet na fule.
