Damn I'm so excited for this. It sounds like you're doing everything that I would do if I were to get a military auction Humvee

Dakota, have you heard of anyone retrofitting a better turbo(honestly the eBay dual ceramic are pretty darn good) with an adjustable waste gate, intercooler, adding a thicker head gasket and adding better injectors? I’d imagine turning it up a little will make it significantly more fun.

Hi. quick question, I just changed the fuel filter, and the cadillac valve ( fan clutch) before that engine ran great, after the motor started doing a hissing noise, any Idea for the noise...by the way I filled the power steering, with regular power fluid

The Cadillac valve will make a hissing sound until the fan fully engages. If you are sitting in the driver’s seat, it will sound like it’s coming from inside the dash.

Hi, l am interested watching your hmm what, I think it may be cracked head... in cylinders is very high pressure and that would be pushing water out from the cylinder... fingers crossed it’s not going to be anything too serious, Go pass turbo, (before it gets to turbo) you will find out if it’s left or right side of the block One side of the manifold should be smoke less.

Lmao!!! I use my Rigid tile saw stand as a makeshift sawhorse on the daily. Did you get your HMMWVs from govplanet? I found A2’s with 25 miles on them for sub $10k

Humvees were a pain when I was in, And I see they're still a pain now. Those Cat. engines always were a poor design.
