Thanks for the answer, I watched this material a few minutes after writing this comment. However, the crux of the question remains the same. In your opinion, is the M1 Pro processor sufficient for occasional video editing and work with 50-200 Mb photo files? Considering the fact that I do not buy such a computer for 6 months, however, should I invest a bit more funds (the price is not the main criterion for me, more shortening the battery life in the case of the M1 MAX because, as I said, it is a mobile tool for me) best

Your review most clearly illustrates the huge performance gain, especially for video work and multitasking. Very happy to see a real-world comparison here, so many reviews are just throwing out a bunch of geekbench scores without saying what they actually mean. I am getting a 14" M1 Pro for my mobile photo editing machine (lightroom classic and photoshop). SD card does nothing for me (my Nikon does cfexpress) but I'm sure it'll get used at some point. I don't do a lot of bulk export but I'm thinking that the M1 Pro should be fine for the piecemeal editing that I do (24MP landscapes, with the headroom to move to 45 in the future if required).
