Thanks for video. Truly awful looking clothes so I won't be going into store anytime soon. You've saved me car park costs which in Norwich are ridiculous.
The first two dresses are sadly not what I would expect from M&S. To be honest, they are awful. Come on buyers, please give us styles and fabrics we actually want to wear. Sorry this is a negative review but I was disappointed with alot of these styles.
You cover the stock fast and clear, giving a good mix of all the items you can cover in the time. Your video is well made and interesting. Unfortunately the clothes are not! The clothes are frumpy, brash in some places and miserable in others. Jaguar? Clothes are the most boring and surprisingly at a hundred and fifty pounds a time laughable. I used to love M & S clothes but somewhere along the way they lost the plot and I fear if they do not find it soon they will become like others a thing of the past.

@katherinemoore7271 I couldn't have put it better myself. I despair of M&S. I used to love them, but the quality and style are awful now. I'm just under 5 feet and even the short lengths are too long. Fortunately, being older, I don't need lots of new clothes now.
