Music like this is amazing to sleep to with the volume turned really low.

The year is 2042. Your local deadmall has been reopened. Prior to entering you are given a VR headset. You walk around shopping, but virtually, and while the actual environment around you is empty with closed stores. Mallsoft is played in the background as part of your shopping experience.

Mallsoft and Sarah, such fond, heart throbbing memories : 1994 Window shopping on a rainy fall evening at San Franciisco Centre / Westfield Mall Later quietly walking hand in hand / shoulder to shoulder round Coit tower after dinner. Christmas shopping in Eaton Centre Mall in Toronto as she gazed into my eyes and me into hers, while smooth mallsoft waves echoed thruout the walkways and escalators. Such was Mallsoft- the soundtrack to our lives in those moments. Life was good.

This is truly a masterpiece. Extraordinary job! Many blessings your way!

You're in the hybrid Musk-Ecodome-Mall. You look up, the sky is dusty and orange. You realize something. You've been here for 400 years.

Reminds me of the shop the mall used to have with rainsticks and brain teaser puzzles and fountains. They don’t really make stores like that anymore, but it was like a cross between a hippie shop and MediaPlah. that was at the still-populated-but-now-H&Mified Cherry Valley Mall. 🙂 RIP: KB Toys, Playplaces, and “the great kid’s economy” of the 90’s.

in our mall that store was called spencer's gifts.

I just bought the album on BC, enjoying the remote mall experience. Malls in Ireland are back open but Covid is still everywhere and some of us are not vaccinated yet. In the meantime, this album is perfect.

Image reminds me of a mall I visited as a kid on a field trip near Washington, D.C. It was rectangular, multiple stories high and had a large open atrium, like this one. P.S. It was of course a fun time, and I enjoyed being in that mall. I had gotten some ice cream, but unfortunately the bus driver made me throw it out since you could only bring water on the bus. I put the ice cream in my water bottle, but they noticed, so I had to dump it out, and then I had no ice cream or water anymore for the bus ride back!
