I hope Celebrity also compensate you as their affiliate agent for having to handle all these hassles due to their mistake. I just booked a Celebrity cruise to West Caribbean, can't wait to get my feet back to a cruise ship since 2019!
剛在4月20日完成Celebrity Silhouette 10 晚加勒比海行程,已將Celebrity 從最推崇遊輪公司,列入最低或不再考慮之列。過去半年分別乘搭Princess, Holland America Line 和Celebrity, Celebrity 無任何一方面優勝,服務態度(很多印度裔和希臘裔)和清潔最差 。

If you want to avoid the (ah sum & some kind Mediterranean ) you should gave up the most popular cruise lines and turn to more advance one , don't joint the big cruise liner . due to last 20 years the cruise fees become more cheaper , so the affordable price cruise holiday just like go to wet market shopping . 🚣♀🚣♀🚣♀
Really ridiculous for such large scale oversold.....agree that the computer system may purposely cancelled the low paying clients.....too bad for those who already booked the air tickets!!

princess was also worse, my friend boraded on the alaska cruise, the ship claimed mechanic problem and delayed sailing...until next morning...then it sailed slowly and changed the itinerary just visited ketchehan and returned to stay in prince rupert...no refund, just obc not more than $300... my other friend took the princess cruise to mexico also experienced so called mechanical problem and cut the trip with only little amount of obc compensation...

you said so well, there are no free lunch. i am in real estate business and customers were never appreciated our good service and intend 😅, and that is the way going to happen. i only like to travel New Cruise Ship only😊, cleaner and safer especially the Covid disease

We got canceled from them two cabins. We booked two assigned staterooms and were refundable booking with $200 obc. What can we do?
Where should I complain? I booked refunable with assigned room and $200 pp obc. Now the price goes up a lot especially refundable cruise with no obc. $450 future credit is not even cost for nowadays price.

我也受到波及。 其實早在去年底遊船公司網站已經將上述日期的行程封盤,作為旅客已經感覺到不妙。 不過作為中介旅行社,如此大量的訂單,除了行程精彩,價格合理和多種優惠外,專業的旅遊從業人員亦應察覺遊船公司的應付能力,早些作出查詢未嘗不可。當然,各項應對措施由遊船公司決定非你我所能控制。 平常心看待。
个人认为,邮轮应该发一封信给受影响的客人,说明这是邮轮公司的错误,并非经纪人(旅行社)的错

印度人和希腊人做服务员也算是听和讲英文的,在Costs上面的大都是讲意大利语的,英文只有中级人员才会说。老实讲,你更加一头雾水。本人学过一点西班牙语,也勉强猜到点。

郵條兄,皇家啲電腦系統的確有啲問題,3月份我到新加坡坐spectrum, 因電腦問題我買的onboard wifi 及飲品package 均沒有收我錢😂😂
真是難為了家嫂!Celebrity 都哂goodwill了!
又晤系娶晤到老婆,或被炒鱿鱼咁大件事,问题总有解决办法,不应该发生的都已经发生了,最好是尽量安排,争取最适合自己的解决方案吧!老邮条,支持你1

不過如果他們的Booking是這樣真的很奇怪,船公司很清楚這些錯誤不會發生.簡直是笑話,前天我打去船公司講到最後我問是否全部的人都不能上船是否選咗Yokohama 維修. 他們竟然說是. 但再打去,又話是完全Over Booking.但由於我是從溫哥華去日本在家12日旅程,他只取消我12日的.但我上有成對朋友未有取消,不知如何?.
是船公司的錯,不是agent不應更不會責怪。
其實他們公司的電腦早前以出現問題 客人的(分)冇咗/失去 所有記錄。温哥華亦有好多人抽出。

在商言商 就好似航空公司 超買情況發生趕落嘅一定係購買機票最便宜的客人 再舉例真實情況每日發生 你坐的係商務艙真金白銀買 空中服務員會對你另加照顧虛寒問暖 假如你係用點數換里程或者有銀行點數購買折扣飛機票 空中小姐肯定會對你比較冷淡.

奇怪!上兩個月我朋友還可以訂Oct 12 出發的,還有,另外2個朋友在兩星期前還可以訂,不過訂金加了,還有不能退款的條文。我的final 還未交,是6月左右交。不過,so far, 未有通知取消!
