Hi Aunty, my mom made this recipe one month back, stored it in a glass jar and refrigerated it but when we opened the jar today to use the pulp, there was fungus on top and we had to trash it completely. Please tell me why this happened? My mom followed every step as shown in this video and still this is the result we got. Please help

Hai dear. Pulp undakkiyappol nannayi jalamsham mariyittilla. Koodathe Glass jar use cheyyumbol air ottum kadakkatha pole niraye fill cheyyanam. I think that's the problem. I am using last year's pulp till now. Thank you

Also please advice as in what consistency will be perfect to avoid any presence of moisture. BTW your recipes are awesome, please upload more of such traditional ones for us. Thank you :)

Welcome dear ❤️❤️ Consistency of Mango pulp is as that of tomato ketchup. If we place a little pulp in a plate and hold it vertical the pulp must not flow easily. I am showing it in the video how to make tomato ketchup at home. Thank you
