◆Ingredients材料◆
★ For Batter 粉浆 ★
220g Tapioca Starch 木薯粉
70g Rice Flour 粘米粉
150g Caster Sugar 细砂糖
¼ tsp Salt 盐
400ml Coconut Milk 椰奶
300g Hot Boiling Water 沸水
■ Cocoa Layer 可可层口味 ■
350g Batter 粉浆
*30g Cocoa Powder 可可粉
* 4 tbsp Hot Water 热水
■ Durian Layer 榴莲层口味 ■
(974g - 350g)624g Batter 粉浆
150g Durian 榴莲果肉
2 tbsp Custard Powder 蛋黄粉
Yellow Edible Coloring 黄色素
