M 7.1 Earthquakes Hits Mexico (Puebla) September 19, 2017 Compilation / Sismo 19S
2017 Puebla earthquake struck at 13:14 CDT (18:14 UTC) on 19 September 2017 with an estimated magnitude of Mw7.1 and strong shaking for about 20 seconds. Its epicenter was about 55 km (34 mi) south of the city of Puebla, Mexico. The earthquake caused damage in the Mexican states of Puebla and Morelos and in the Greater Mexico City area, including the collapse of more than 40 buildings. 370 people were killed by the earthquake and related building collapses, including 228 in Mexico City, more than 6,000 were injured.
An investigation published in October 2017 revealed that since 2012 there had been over 6,000 complaints about construction violations in Mexico City, with no public record of how many were followed up. Many of the buildings complained about collapsed in the 19 September earthquake. After the earthquake the Urban Development and Housing Secretariat (Seduvi) did not respond to requests for information on responses to complaints. Local activists called the construction system totally corrupt, and said that some developers circumvent building regulations, and city authorities frequently ignore complaints.

There were also earthquakes in Mexico on September 19th and 20th in 1985, and they were both big enough to be felt in Los Angeles, which is where I live. I especially remember them because one of them was on my birthday. How many people can claim to have been in an earthquake on their birthday 🎉‼️🤣

Soy de México It is an earthquake warning alarm, in this case the earthquake was much faster than the alarm since the sensors are on the coasts, such as Gerrero Oaxaca, since the earthquakes originate there and the alarm cost about 5 seconds, which were very fast to kill more than 200 people the siem occurred in 2017 And I am from CDMX and I remember it very well in fact there are already 3 simes that occurred on September 19 one is from 1985 the other is from 2017 what would this be video and last would be the one that will be fulfilled 1 that happened in 2022...

If you are referring to dust, it is the structures that are colliding with other buildings or it is also why some collapsed.
