Welcome to my Lyon France Food Tour! Lyon is the gastronomic capital of Europe and features 83 Michelin Star Restaurants! As a foodie it has been my favourite city in France!
I spent some time exploring the old city where you can experience the Bouchon lyonaisse cuisine! This is not your typical french food with a hearty rich cuisine and large portion sizes. Very reasonably priced most set menus are around 20 euro

Restaurant Daniel et Denise has three establishment, and the one you visit in your video called Daniel et Denise Créqui, located in Créqui street, and it doesn't have a michelin star. Actually none of the properties have michelin star, they are only in michelin guide. There is a big difference. In the menu, they have plenty of traditional Lyonnaise choices which are all delicious. But in overall the restaurants are not in a michelin star level, especially in terms of service. I did my internship in two of their establishment back in 2015, so the information you provide is unfortunately not correct.
