Yes and they did it all on a budget. Playing economy Peavey amplifiers back then and making it sound so sweet when others were using monster Marshall and Fender amps. Them boys could play a stick and a string and make music.

Got to see them twice, once was with my son and his mother when he was 8,it was a memorable time, he's got a SIMPLE MAN SHIRT FROM THE SHOW, HE'S 20 NOW AND STILL HAS THE SHIRT IN EXCELLENT CONDITION

Lynyrd Skynyrd's still my favorite band..Freebird still my favorite song. Upfront, center and caught a broken drumstick from their June 27th 1977 concert in Salt Lake City. One of my prized possessions. ❤ Kids will have to draw straws for it. 😊

My best friend and my cousin died recently, my grandmother and aunt a few years back, and another cousin after that. Life is why you make of it, so live it, and screw everyone that is a naysayer to your method.
