An active personal trainer, Lynn suddenly was having trouble breathing. She saw multiple doctors who offered no solutions and could not find out what was wrong with her. I was diagnosed with paralyzed diaphram. Did the sniff test and it was confirmed. Symptoms started about a year ago. My primary doctor said it was on xrays back in 2014. Nothing was said since had no problems. Xrays from then and now show the same. Only difference is I got the COVID 30. They believe if I loose the weight my problems will go away. Not sure if I believe that. I will admit in years past i hiked up mountains and did BJJ. So I will work to.lose weight. If still have symptoms I will give Dr Kaufman a call.

Good luck I gained like 40 pounds because of thephrenic nerve issue.. because I couldn't get up and do any exercises I felt like I was going to die.I DID LOOSE 25LBS ( Dr K. Suggested) I had my surgery with doctor Kaufman scheduled for the 18th of February 2022 ,my medical group denied! it they canceled it 5 days before my surgery. now 3 months later I'm still working with trying to get the surgery scheduled again but now I'm not hearing back from New Jersey and my medical group has been playing games with the referral and the authorization so I don't know who to believe but as of today I'm not even hearing back from New Jersey I've spent thousands of dollars last year and this year again on tests for this condition for the procedure.I can't get NJ to confirm it will happen.HIGHLY DEPRESSED , headaches , can't sleep whole body hurts ...scared
